Delivery Times
DHL eCommerce Tracking Airmail: 5-10 business days to worldwide.*
Hong Kong Post Air Parcel: 7-14 business days to worldwide.*
EMS Speedpost: 2-5 business days to worldwide.*
*Customs department in your country may pick the parcel randomly for inspection and they could hold the parcel as long as they complete the examination process. This could cause delay of delivery.
Shipping Address
Preferably we send all item(s) to your registered PayPal address, but we understand that you might pay by credit card(you do not have PayPal account) or want to send the item(s) as gift to someone else. In such case, please provide a full correct shipping address when checkout from our web site to prevent delay on your order.
Order Tracking
We will send you an email with tracking detail after send out the item(s) for you. Or you can login to your account and go to "My order". You are able to check shipping status from "Order Tracking" of our web site.
Refund & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a refund when receive the return item(s), or exchange the item(s) if you prefer. The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a traceable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please accept that we are unable to refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly. We reserve the right to charge a 4% handling fee for any refunds.

Wait for an item(s) more than 21 business days, what should I do?
From our experience as an eBay seller during the last few years, delivery to some country like Brazil, France, Italy, etc could take up to 30 days due to tight restrict import rules. You can contact us by leave a message from Contact us page of our web site, please remember to tell us your name and the date which you made the order from us.
Unclaimed Parcel
More than 90% of Unclaimed Parcel return back to us because buyer on vacation after they place order. Please give enough time for the item delivery to you before you go on vacation or leave us a message before place order.

When we receive an Unclaimed Parcel, we will refund your payment or resend the item for you. Please accept that we are unable to refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, and you need to pay shipping fee again if you want the item resend.
